They were looking for a tough and durable floor in their warehousing area that can withstand continuous trolley movement, impact and abrasion. Nitoflor SL3000UT was suggested for the export warehouse floors and Nitocote EN 901 for the floor areas that required the chemical resistance.
THE SOLUTION
The requirement was to bring the manufacturing facility up to Belgian standards in terms of floor level and finish that were the main concerns of the client. TATA Consulting Engineers, a leading consultant in Pune, led the design specification. Fosroc’s expert technical team provided support with our experienced applicator. The client was satisfied with the sample applications for resistance to chemicals, H2SO4 and ZnSO4 spillage on the floor and trenches.
Nitoflor SL 3000 UT and Nitocote EN 901 were applied in these critical area skillfully with thorough surface preparation using modern equipment. The project was completed well before with our experienced team to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
THE BENEFITS
Nitoflor SL 3000 UT & Nitocote EN 901 delivered the chemical resistance to chemical spillages, in addition to the tough hardwearing & aesthetic finish to the floor, to the complete satisfaction of the company’s expectations. The job was completed well before time although it was a difficult project considering that concentrated chemicals were involved.
